Scripbox is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights for platform improvements.
- Understand system workflows and contribute to optimising processes.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and work closely with development teams to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, customer support, and other functions to ensure seamless platform performance.
- Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures in a clear and concise manner.
- Gather and analyse requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the rollout of new platform features.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Structured thinking and communication
- Experience using data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software like SQL / Excel.
