Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to support strategic sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track, measure, and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
