autuskey is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and meetings.
- Create detailed project documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation.
- Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems for improvement.
- Assist in defining and implementing agile/scrum processes.
- Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners and project managers to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficient in using agile project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
