Business Analyst Job in Noida at Paytm

Paytm is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with the business team to understand their requirements and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for the Product team.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog of requirements in collaboration with the business team to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct demos of live features and ensure that they meet the expectations of the business team and stakeholders.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with Tech teams to ensure that the product meets the desired quality standards.
• Conduct market analysis and research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for the Collections team.
• Interact with vendors to evaluate their products and services for potential integration with Paytm Collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, prioritize tasks, and track progress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in market research and analysis is a plus
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
