Upgrade is hiring for the role of Business Analyst

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Stakeholder Communications: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needsand effectively communicate project updates.
• Documentation Preparation: Create and maintain critical project documentationincluding Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Change Requests, and Handover Documents.
• Tools Utilization: Use Jira for project management, Power BI for data visualization, and Postman for API testing.
• Methodology Application: Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure efficient project execution.
• Analytical Skills: Conduct risk analysis, gap analysis, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Basic Technical Knowledge: Utilize basic understanding of Python, C, and C++ where applicable to facilitate communication with technical teams.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology,
• Computer Science, or a related field.
