Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews, surveys, and workshops
• Evaluate and prioritize requirements based on business goals and objectives
• Create and maintain detailed process maps to illustrate current and future state workflows
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making
• Develop and maintain data models to ensure accurate representation of business entities and relationships
• Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and project management, to facilitate communication and ensure project success
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions that best meet business requirements
• Contribute to the development of business cases and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet specified requirements
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tools and techniques for requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
• Familiarity with relevant technology and software applications
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
