SATSURE is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• To drive  identification of market and industry research requirements across the business units.
• To conduct relevant research (primary/ secondary) to support innovation and strategic initiatives.
• To write reports and make presentations to communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders.
• To assist in corporate planning and strategy alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Economics, Policy or a related field. is a plus.
• 1-2 years experience in the Market Research domain.
• MBA/PGDM (Finance & Marketing)is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using business tools like Microsoft Office,particularly Excel.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A keen learner and ready to excel in ground-up execution.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Previous internship or coursework in market research in the government sector, data analysis, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with survey design and implementation is a plus.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
