Wipro is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement a structured approach to capturing business requirements and translating them into business insights for improving processes
• Interact with customers and articulate requirements
• Analyze solution options and recommend the preferred option
• Make presentations to customers and internal stakeholders on the solution
• Create detailed functional specifications as input for our systems analysis and design teams
• As a part of BA engagements, identify areas of additional opportunities to generate downstream business, over and beyond the scope of work defined by the client.
• Undertake research and enable dissemination of knowledge with the account team
• Constantly look at ways and means to bring more discipline and rigor to the Business System Analysis function by adopting more structured methodologies and tools.
• Provide a point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of thought/white papers.

Requirements:

• MBA with specialization in Operations
• Pre-MBA work experience with exposure or industry experience in IT Services/ BFSI/ Analytics/ Digital/ Project Planning is desired
• Knowledge and concepts in the ML and AI space
• Positive attitude towards learning and understanding technology
• Experience in requirements management, stakeholder management, business analysis, project planning, reporting and presentation
• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Appreciate technology and business trends
• Highly data-oriented, good with numbers & must be well-versed with various statistical tools used for Analysis.
• Capabilities to analyze extensive data, interpret, analyze & arrive at valuable insights.
• Skilled at creating effective PPT's
• Good communication skills to be able to articulate their thoughts to the customer
• Exposure to working as a BA in business operations
• BPO Experience would be preferable
• 12-24 months of work experience
