FreshToHome is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Dig into data to find ways to make our business better.
• Analyze how we work, and figure out what's working well, and what needs fixing.
• Suggest smart ideas to help us grow and improve.
• Chat with different teams, understand their needs, and help make sure everyone's on the same page.
• Find problems, solve them, and make us even better.

Requirements:

• Excel knowledge Level - Proficient
• Macros/slicers/Powerquery/Excel with AI tools knowledge and prior experience with those tools will be an added advantage
• Candidates with Strong analytical skills are preferred as this role predominantly revolves around data mining, data analysis & data analytics
• A person having a passion for data analysis, number crunching, and a continuous learning mindset is preferred. Prior experience in Data analysis roles will be an added advantage
• Good presentation skills, basic PowerPoint presentation – slides, charts, tables basic functioning & data representation are preferred
• A person with strong communication skills (oral & written) will be an added advantage. But with medium communication skills and a higher commitment to learning will be preferred
