Business Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Tanla Platforms

Tanla is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand the SOW and prepare documentation (BRD, FSD, PRD) in marketing automation platforms or SaaS-based platforms.
• Develop customer use cases, personas and scenarios and present solutions to clients.
• Map client's business requirement with the platform capabilities
• Understand technical roadblocks and make recommendations on solution implementation and core integrations to clients to overcome them.
• Ensure cross-collaboration with the technology team to resolve any issues impacting the client's BAU or platform experience.
• Track the ongoing implementation process and inform the stakeholders of process deviation if any.
• Be the client’s SPOC for day-to-day queries.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in defining and managing core products or business applications, either through product management or equivalent activities.
• Worked in the cross-functional environment for coordinating various project related aspects.
• Good knowledge and understanding of SaaS-Based Products or Marketing Automation (Good to Have)
• Basic knowledge of SQL Queries (Good to have)
• Understand the basic concept of API’s / Data Integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Monitoring and managing the accounts to ensure higher ROI for the clients and extending end-to-end support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in requirements management processes, including standard tools and techniques such as facilitated meetings, use cases, mapping documents, models and other requirements management tools.
