Blue Yonder is for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be up to speed on handling support requests from Alliance partners of Blue Yonder.
• Collaborate extensively with a broad ecosystem within Blue Yonder, which includes all levels of the Pre-Sales organization and Product Development, as well as our Partner ecosystem.
• Understand the request from our alliance partners and provide resolution/assistance.
• Provide the necessary support/training be it providing responses to product-related or environment-related queries.
• Collaborate with an amazing cross-functional Presales team to provide any additional information for our partners.
• Ensure the demo environments are on the latest release and when needed collaborate with Presales and other teams for upgrading/patching.
• Adhere to defined SLAs and close the support requests on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of work experience.
• Working experience in managing virtual machines (VMware/ Skytap) and knowledge on MS Azure.
• Experience and understanding of Support org is a must.
• Technical proficiency with SQL and any experience in reporting software like PowerBI is nice to have.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and approach.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written, self-starter, and demonstrates empathy.
