Anaxee Digital Runners is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication.
• Assist in the development of functional requirements to improve quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize strategies.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
• Handle the data, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Fetch the required data from the database.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Preferred qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Technology or an M.Sc.
• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience can apply.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel.
• Expertise in MySQL, Python & Power BI.
• Design, develop, and deploy reports to support business requirements using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Meta Base.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
