Genpact is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead and develop a team for the campaign execution process
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Good hands-on experience in UNICA campaigns & SQL queries
- Technical Know-how in Python, SAS
- Knowledge of other Adobe Marketing stack
- Working knowledge of UNIX basic commands
- Working knowledge of Python
- Have worked in a Banking and Finance domain
- Six sigma certified
- Excellent knowledge of the Campaign Management ecosystem in a Banking domain
- Having a good understanding of Data and Data Insights
- Excellent/hands-on knowledge of UNICA Campaign & SQL or SAS and, UNIX shell scripting
