Probuddy Software Solutions is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Proactively support sales efforts by customizing solution-oriented presentations and assisting with post-demonstration processes.
• Lead and develop technical business solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Configure applications to effectively demonstrate the solution to meet customer needs, coordinating resources for rapid configuration work.
• Document transition notes and detailed requirements for the implementation delivery team.
• Gather market feedback from prospects and customers to enhance solutions, relaying it back to the solutioning group.
• Strong experience in enterprise account management and solution showcasing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data visualization, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable but not required.
• Should have 1 to 2 Years, of experience.
• Should be open for a F2F interview.
