About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and process mapping to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Assist in the documentation of business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
