Antino is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Business Analysis and Requirements Management: Work with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and needed improvements, and recommend solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to analyze data, develop reports, and make recommendations based on findings.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning, design, and delivery of IT solutions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements, timelines, and project objectives.
• Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the development team to ensure the requirements are accurately translated into solutions. Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
• Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Effectively lead project teams, set project timelines, and hold team members accountable for deliverables. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Budget and Resource Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Manage project budgets.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks. Develop contingency plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project outputs meet quality standards and requirements.
• Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of [specific industries or systems, if applicable]
• Experience with project management and user acceptance testing is a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
•  years of experience in project management in a technical field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
