Clear is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create, iterate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and driving business or product recommendations
• Develop a deep understanding of the business/product and partner with business stakeholders/Product Managers to identify the key metrics to be analyzed and tracked for the problem
• Identify and present actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging to influence the direction of the business or product
• Monitor and analyze metrics identified, publishing insights and anomalies along with hypothesis/RCA
• Understand business implications of the area at hand and structure analysis accordingly
• Work with engineering/data platforms on designing, building, and deploying data analysis systems for large datasets and fulfilling requirements for the identified metrics

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Analytics
• Proven Technical, Analytical, and Quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Analytics & visualization tools like SQL, Excel, AWS Quicksight or Tableau
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working with various functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills; Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas
• Ability to work with ambiguity of problem statement
• Data-oriented with a strong grasp of Excel/Spreadsheets
