• Proficient in writing use cases, and business rules and applying requirements gathering and modeling techniques.
• Should have an understanding of data interfaces.
• Detail orientation and willingness to fully understand subject domains.
• Experience in ERP projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in order to collaborate with all levels of Business & IT.
• Strong ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team.
• Open and transparent, able to address critical issues.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Ensures that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed user stories, and functional and non-functional requirements specifications.
• Provide subject matter expertise to assist the developers and testers during the technical design, implementation, and testing phase.
