TAG is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Requirements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business objectives, challenges, and pain points
• Define and document current workflows, identifying areas for improvement or optimization
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional requirements that meet user needs and project goals
• Develop user stories, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize workflows and enhance communication
• Prioritize requirements and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Create comprehensive and user-friendly product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects product features and functionality
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality
• Effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and buy-in for proposed solutions
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative, problem-solving environment
• Experience designing products in the supply chain domain
• Understanding of Warehouse and IoT-based systems
