Wipro Technologies is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and lead projects, team, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, and plans, work and communicate effectively with Management, QA, Operations
- Understand Audit operations, internal tools, and processes and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency
- Use data and scientific management techniques to provide solutions to cater to various business needs
- Study the As-Is processes and come up with To Be efficient processes. Mapping and Implementation
- Predict resource and volume forecasts for different processes
- Prepare scorecards for competing entities ( vendors, admin, processes). Preparing Dashboard and Metrics for Program Managers
- Coordinate the entire project by integrating with different teams
- Drive the project and identifying parameters for next steps/enhancements
- Leverage multiple teams/products for data enhancement
- Lead and assist in special Pilot Projects related to Business and coming up with actionable recommendations
- Prepare Executive Level Presentations
Requirements:
- Should be from Quality Background
- The candidate is a graduate
- Creation of Dashboard, Experience in advanced Excel, 7 OC tool
- Strong analytical, communication, and Presentation skills.
- Hands-on Experience on Google Suite will be an added advantage
- Strong in MIS/Reporting
