Citi is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for updating/maintaining Corporate tools for the Risk Organizations Managed Segment Hierarchy
• Assist with all operations related to GOC maintenance (open/closure) and working with Country specific teams
• Support the creation of accruals Monthly for Non-Employee Resources and Contracts with Vendors
• Provide support to pull Monthly Reports from various systems for reviews
• Support the Hiring Council process for Headcount Management
• Ad-hoc reporting and/or analysis on financials or headcount
• Assist in the development of material for internal senior leadership

Requirements:

• A methodical and proactive thinker with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proven time and task management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management/ mining
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Work closely with internal and external business partners
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
