Colgate is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Build and maintain business evaluation trackers and dashboards
- Support data harmonization processes
- Validate trackers and dashboards to ensure consistency
- Communicate and coordinate with divisions and subsidiaries
- Develop analytical solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering/Sciences or MBA
- Knowledge of data transformation/visualization tools, such as R, Python, SQL, Cloud solutions (GCP), DOMO, or Microsoft
- Ability to read, analyze, and visualize data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with third-party data (preferred)
- Working knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry (preferred)
- Understanding of Colgate's processes and analytics tools (preferred)
- Willingness to experiment with new tools and techniques
- Good facilitation and project management skills (preferred)
