Mott MacDonald Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting divisional heads and business heads in developing various misreports along with tracking prospects of bd activities across units and divisions. Assisting for eo is/p qs/vendor registrations, for cap docs, e-mail campaign- client, assisting central bds, intra division within unit and mm in other regions.
• Profile the market and competition environment, providing insights that assist strategic conclusion-making and for use in internal presentations by senior management.
• Create and update comprehensive industry, competitor, and customer models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections, and trends, and identify threats and opportunities in the market.
• Perform thorough, systematic evaluation of key industry trends; the general social economic, and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; and current and potential competitors.
• Provide market insights through presentations and reports to the Board to allow effective strategic and tactical management and implementation.
• Supply the market and intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively make recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration.
• Monitor the market indicators at sector, and subsector levels, identify potential investments by corporates, bilateral/multilateral agencies, banks, private equity and financial institutions, and major pipelines of projects.
• Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate..

Requirements:

• Engineering + MBA or MBA or MA Economics
• Ability to network effectively at all levels and influence without direct management oversight.
  Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and capable of driving insights to action.
• Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and to contribute to executive-level discourse; excellent written communication abilities.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business opportunities.
• Works with internal business customers to enhance their use of strategic evaluation and market and competitor intelligence. Collaborates internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, market research and financial modelling and evaluation.
