Oracle is hiring for the role of Business Analyst 1-Ops!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for understanding and executing the workflow, processes, skills and business practices for partners
- Act as a first point of contact for partners/channel representatives and liaison with external and internal stakeholders daily to support partner transactions
- Provide insights and look for opportunities to improve the process
- Able to identify and differentiate the key components of problem statements, generate a range of creative solutions, evaluate them, and deliver the best outcome
- Work closely with the senior management to report on all aspects and support the execution of new initiatives to drive growth
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Manages conflict or other sensitive issues tactfully and effectively
- Actively collaborates with team members, understands the dynamics, and problem-solving, and supports flexibly
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, including the capability to understand functional/technical specifications of the process
- Seeks opportunities to improve processes and offer suitable solutions
- Constantly reviews performance with senior management to identify areas of development
- Able to pick up and assimilate relevant information quickly and easily
- Can think on their feet in a rapidly changing environment and deliver ideal results.
- Ability to gather process guidelines and deliver tasks independently
- Identify and prioritize partner needs and constraints.
- Focus on improving stakeholder experience by understanding their needs and executing pertinent results
- Adopts professional approach to partners, acts reliably customer-centric, and delivers results accordingly
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-centric role Experience working in an operational role, especially managing third-party relationships is a plus
