Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Shape the vision and strategy with the client.
• Understand the needs of the users and stakeholders.
• Carry out an elicitation of processes, data, and capabilities.
• Derive the target processes and the business requirements for the current and future solution.
• Perform analysis of processes, systems, data, and business information.
• Conduct research and build up domain knowledge.

Requirements:

• The candidate should be able to perform analysis of processes, systems, data, and business information, as well as conduct research to build domain knowledge.
• They should be proficient in tools and concepts such as Business Process Modeling (e.g., BPMN), Conceptual Data Modeling, Systems Requirement Analysis or Management, Enterprise Architecture Modelling, Functional IT Architecture Modelling, UI-Design and Wireframing, and UML.
• Strong skills are required in analytical thinking, critical thinking, strategic thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, project management, change management, and presentation skills.
• The candidate should have experience or familiarity with platforms and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
• The candidate should also demonstrate key competencies such as collaboration, emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, conflict management, decision-making, influencing, coaching and mentoring, innovation, being a trusted advisor, and understanding user journeys and conducting user research.
