Bulk Hiring Recruiter Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Bulk Hiring Recruiter & Client Coordinator to join our dynamic recruitment team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment processes, and client management, specifically within the staffing and recruitment industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for entry to mid-level roles across various sectors. 
• Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies using multiple channels including job portals, social media, references, and campus drives. 
• Screen, assess, and shortlist large volumes of candidates quickly and effectively. 
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and stakeholders to meet bulk hiring targets within defined timelines. 
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and regularly update hiring status reports. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding hiring needs and recruitment updates. 
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into effective hiring strategies. 
• Schedule and manage client interviews, feedback, and candidate onboarding in coordination with the client. 
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 
• Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. 

Key Requirements: 

• 3–4 years of proven experience in bulk hiring and client coordination in a recruitment or staffing agency. 
• Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and staffing best practices. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools/portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
