We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential target markets and clients.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify potential strategic partners, distributors, and channel partners to expand the company's reach and market presence. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business opportunities and drive mutual growth.

Qualifications:

  • 0.6 to 2 Years of Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
