Buisness Development Manager( CASA) Job in Ahmedabad at Indusind Bank

Responsibilities:

• New customer acquisition for CASA ,Agri Loan, within the catchment area of the Branch.
• Ensure quality sourcing of new customer and cross-sell different banking products like Loans, Life & General Insurance and Mutual funds.
• Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers
• Generate leads of customer through field activity, direct customer meetings, references, internet mining & market mapping.
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
• Meeting productivity norms and monthly target defined by the Bank.
• Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.
• Follow the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Experience –1 to 3+ Yrs (relevant docs.)
• Age: 21-35 years.
• Must have flair Experience in sales & marketing.( CASA )
• Should be a target & result oriented personality.
• Should be smart, confident and possess decent personality.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers.
