Building Electrician (Commercial & Residential) Job in Mumbai at Belami Fine Chemicals

We are looking for a skilled Building Electrician to handle electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial buildings. The candidate will ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings

Perform internal wiring, switchboard installation, and lighting setup

Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and layouts

Diagnose electrical faults and carry out troubleshooting

Install and maintain distribution boards, circuit breakers, and panels

Ensure proper earthing and safety compliance

Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance

Follow electrical safety standards and use PPE

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI in Electrician / Wireman or equivalent

Basic knowledge of residential and commercial wiring systems

Understanding of electrical components (MCB, DB, switches, etc.)

Ability to use testing tools like multimeter and tester

Knowledge of safety practices and regulations
