Cult Fit is hiring for the role of BTL Sales Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Implement below-the-line marketing activities, including promotions, events, sponsorships, and direct marketing campaigns, to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
• Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing initiatives to reach and engage with these audiences effectively
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase products or services and generate leads
• Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and events
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
• Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures, sales performance, and ROI for BTL activities
• Collaborate with sales teams to align BTL marketing efforts with sales objectives and support the conversion of leads into customers
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in below-the-line marketing
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote brand awareness

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BTL marketing or sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in BTL marketing channels
• Familiarity with event planning, logistics, and execution
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Previous experience working in a BTL marketing agency or department
• Certification or training in event management, promotions, or direct marketing techniques
