Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify key market insights and consumer behavior trends for brand strategy development.
  • Generate executable thought starters based on insights and translate them into impactful communication plans.
  • Develop audience-centric messaging, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt strategies to market dynamics.
  • Integrate feedback, drive innovation in execution, and contribute to the overall evolution and success of the brand.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify and understand the brand archetype, ensuring alignment with company values and target audience.
  • Define brand tonality and personality, contributing to the development of a unique and consistent brand identity.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitors to identify strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Derive actionable insights from competitors' successes and failures to enhance the brand's own strategies.
  • Play a primary role in creating a brand book outlining visual and messaging guidelines for consistent representation.
  • Oversee and contribute to overall branding efforts, ensuring adherence to established guidelines across various touchpoints.
  • Possess a basic understanding of website design principles to inform brand strategy, layout, and communication on digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure the website reflects the brand's identity and communicates effectively.
  • Develop strategic communication with the creative team aligned with the brand archetype, tonality, and overall positioning.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement cohesive communication strategies across marketing channels.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gain a deep understanding of primary and secondary target audiences.
  • Utilize research insights to tailor messaging, content, and campaigns to resonate with specific audience segments.
  • Apply market insights to refine brand strategies, staying competitive and responsive to market dynamics.
  • Stay informed about evolving design trends, communication platforms, and consumer behaviors.
  • Evolve brand strategies based on ongoing performance analysis and feedback, ensuring continued relevance and resonance.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in brand management.
  • Versatile skill set encompassing market and brand-centric thinking, creative ideation, and adaptability to navigate dynamic market conditions and needs.
  • Keen focus on cross-functional collaboration, exhibiting effective teamwork in campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficient analytical skills to derive actionable insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Demonstrates understanding of Meta, Google, and the marketplace ecosystem. Third-party platform understanding is a plus.
  • Awareness of different markets geographically and audience needs.
