The Good Glamm Group is hiring for the role of Brand Solutions Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals and values.
• Identify key brand differentiators and positioning within the market.
• Work closely with marketing, design, communications, and brand managers to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively
  communicate the brand's message and values.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and
  consumer insights. Leverage this information to refine brand strategies and stay ahead in the market.
• Identify and explore potential brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship
  opportunities that align with the brand's values and objectives.
• Track and analyze key brand metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies.
• Prepare regular reports for management with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative brand solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
