One Impression is hiring for the role of Brand Solution Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Outbound Campaign Development: Proactively identify and reach out to potential brands for collaboration with already onboarded exclusive OneClub creators. Develop compelling pitches and presentations to showcase the value proposition of partnering with the platform and our creators
• Brand Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, understanding their marketing objectives and campaign requirements. Act as the main liaison between brands and exclusive creators, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Campaign Ideation and Customization: Collaborate with brands to understand their marketing goals and develop customized campaign proposals that align with the unique strengths of exclusive creators. Ensure that campaigns meet both brand and creator expectations.
• Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead negotiations with brands to finalize campaign details, terms, and contracts. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and contract closures.
• Creator Advocacy: Advocate for the exclusive creators, ensuring that brand campaigns align with their brand and content identity. Work closely with creators to understand their preferences and match them with suitable brand collaborations.
• Data-driven decision-making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of past campaigns and provide insights to brands for future collaborations. Optimize campaign strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content creation, and account management, to ensure the successful execution of brand campaigns. Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, outbound sales, or a related field, preferably within the digital marketing or influencer marketing space.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
