Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage digital experience for décor consumers on owned assets like websites and social media.
• Drive organic business growth for the décor businesses via digital assets.
• Manage the social media presence for the décor business.
• Improve website experience through benchmarking, consumer insights, and analytics.
• Collaborate with content and brand teams for content creation.
• Generate traffic through SEO implementation.
• Drive tech improvements and upgrades to ensure website performance meets benchmarks.
• Manage the owned webshop on the website.
• Provide analytics-based insights for optimizing conversion and engagement.
• Use targeted approaches like A/B tests and customized journeys on the website.
• Partner with the media team to run paid campaigns for services as required.
• Handle social media agencies to drive engagement for the décor services.
• Coordinate with the brand team for content integration.
• Drive ORM leads via social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Post-graduation in management from a top-tier MBA campus.
• IT background preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience managing websites or social media.
