Brand Executive - Tea Internship in Mumbai at Unilever

Unilever is hiring for the role of Brand Executive - Tea!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the regional consumer and competition dynamics to unlock growth opportunities for Taaza and other local jewels
• Analyse internal and external data to identify issues/opportunities and actions upon them
• Work with media agencies and internal teams to deploy communication across traditional and nontraditional media
• Driving a Cross-Functional team for network delivery including but not limited to price changes, new SKU launches, product improvements, etc. (Cross-functional = SC, Finance, R&D, and Sales)
• Facilitating the product development & testing process for renovations
• Manage end-to-end asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital) & project management processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in marketing or business administration OR equivalent.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team to deliver projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong Project Management skills, a bias for action and ownership
• Core aspects underpinning all skills: Rigor, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Empathy, and Obsession with brands & consumers.
• This role will involve up to 20% of travel depending on business requirement
