Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Branding Design: Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities that resonate with target audiences.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various digital channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• New Media Fashion Communication: Leverage innovative techniques to communicate fashion concepts through digital media.
• Motion Graphics: Design engaging animations and video content to enhance user experiences.
• Digital Illustrations: Create custom illustrations that enhance visual storytelling and brand messaging.
• 3D Art: Generate three-dimensional visual assets for interactive and immersive experiences.
• Packaging Design: Design packaging solutions that enhance brand recognition and user experience.
• Conceptualization and Prototyping: Explore, conceptualize, and develop design ideas, and create prototypes for evaluation.
• Strategic Direction: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into impactful design solutions, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
• Brand Design for New Ventures (Globally): Contribute to the creation and implementation of brand designs for new Lenskart brands and businesses.

Requirements:

• B.Des/ M.Des from a reputed design institute or alike.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software like Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, graphic design, motion graphics, digital illustrations, and 3D art.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetic and creative trends.
• Keen interest in fashion will be an added advantage
• Hands on UI experience will be an added advantage
• Innovation and High Points: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continually striving to create new high points in online experiences
