Job Description:
- Responsible for setting up new branch, customer / developer relationship management, achievement of business targets and overall branch profitability. Training and Development and up keep of the branch
- Ensuring monthly, yearly targets are met by the branch
- Branch Administration
- Organizing business promotion campaign and participate in Marketing activities
- Monitoring the daily visits by team and ensuring updating the same in the app. Meeting overall KPI(Targets)
- Training, coaching and monitoring team performance.
- Ensuring conversion of leads generated and disbursement of file in line with the credit policy.

- Maintain relationships with the existing customer and develop network
