About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch sales targets for secured/unsecured products
- Lead, coach, and manage the branch sales team
- Develop business through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing
- Monitor daily performance, pipeline, and conversions
- Coordinate with credit and operations for timely disbursements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships
- Handle escalations and improve customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Good market knowledge and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MIS, Excel, and reporting
