Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to meet home loan sales targets, utilizing market analysis and innovative sales techniques
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve performance goals, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and optimizing resources for efficiency.
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all sales activities within the branch related to home loan products.
• This role involves developing strategies to achieve sales targets, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business growth.
