SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Any graduate or post graduate
- Experience in mortgage, preferred in affordable housing
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should have worked on end to end disbursement
- Checking in Sanction file-: Kyc’s, ITR, Bank Statement, Ncif, Cibil & Application form
- Verification of documents for disbursement
- Handling the customer services and resolving the issues like foreclosure, EMI & Part Payments etc with help of branch operations managers
