• Strong leverage of SQL and internal tools to Identify trends and build meaningful recommendations across new verticals.
• Help our team make better, faster decisions and identify opportunities.
• Generate Insights based on the analysis, research, customer needs, feedback, and comments from teams.
• As a critical problem solver, observe and understand current operations, processes, and trends.
• Ask the right questions, and call out the risks and opportunities to grow the business across Connect and Teens
• Lead & execute meaningful projects that drive the business forward.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in senior stakeholder management, cross-functional project management and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with GTM strategy development & execution for growing a new business or product category
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while delivering high quality of output and bringing innovative ideas
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment with a self-driven attitude
• Ability to analyze data in SQL and Excel (Google Sheets) with an analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with Tableau, Python or similar is a plus.
