Branch Operations Executive Job in Siliguri at Tata Motors Finance Limited

Key Objective of the Job:

• Management of Branch Operations processes & activities
• Ownership of Branch compliance to statutory, local governance, regulatory requirements

Key Deliverables:

• Execution of Branch Operations activities with respect to all retail business transactions & processes (Indicative list below)
• Pre-sanction, Post sanction, Pre-disbursement, Post disbursement, Contract inception, Termination, Contract cancellation
• Document management – Collateral, Loan stationary, Stamped loan agreements, Termination related, Customer, Channel & vendor appointment related processes, ensuring all loan related documents are filled, verified, scanned under respective FAN in DMS
• Managing original documents pertaining to vehicles – RC, Insurance, NOC etc., and update on web applications as per guidelines.
• Execution of all activities outlined in Branch Champion Role guidelines issued by HR from time to time.

QRC Management

• Customers – Across processes – Walk in, calls, emails & letters
• Internal – Sales / Collections / Credit / RVM / CLG Operations
• Follow up on pending / open requests & complaints with respective stake holders / process owners, escalate if pending.

Executing over the Counter transactions

• Cash & Cheque collection over the counter from Customers, Channels, Agencies, Vendors, dealers etc.
• Management of Cash & cheques – System entries, banking, dealing with CMS agencies, Initial PDC deposition, Query resolutions w r t PDCs, Security cheques & NACH registrations
• Cash Management: Daily cash register maintenance & compliance to the process including fake note records & reporting, Insurance coverage reporting in case limit exceeds
• Follow up with Collection team for original PIS for month
• Query resolution w r t Cash reconciliation, Suspense clearance etc.
• Petty Cash Management – Daily expenses, maintenance, verification of balance & confirmation to HO with monthly reconciliation.
• MIS & Data management: Customers, Dealers, Channel Partners etc.
• Coordination with Zone, Region & HO for Customer, Channel partners, vendors & local agencies
• Branch Fixed Asset Management – Tagging, reconciliation and quarterly confirmation to HO
• Resolve queries from internal and external audits, Hind sighting, Data errors & omissions on notification
• Sales & Collection mobility asset record keeping & Inventory handling
• Compliance to local regulations, guidelines and notifications (Eg: Trade certificate, Trade license, Shops & establishment act registration)
• Key Management – Branch and cash vault
• Initiatives: Cross sell, ODC collection, Lead generation, Customer relationship programs, Mobile app, RC collection, NACH re-collection, etc
• Training of new & recruited staff across functions

Education Qualification:

• Graduation/Diploma
• Specialized job competencies:
• Basic process understanding w r t vehicle loan operations
• MS office skills
• Organizing skills
