About this Job
Role:
- Managing account opening & closure/ email or mobile activation for clients
- Cheque deposits ( Banking)
- Managing dematerialization of shares /share transfers
- Send reports to Dealers – client debit/ holdings/ ledgers
- Inform Clients regarding buybacks/IPO and other updates
- Share reports like – GNP/Ledgers to clients
- Service walkin clients at branches
- Segment activation – documentation for Delivery / FNO & currency for clients
- Send reports to BM – regarding clients / dealers
- Managing client mapping to dealers
- DP Service given to clients
- OTV – Share recordings through genesis /landline for compliance related issues
- CTCL creation for dealers – ID generation
- Cold Calling / Lead generation
