Branch Manager - HL (Team Handling) Job in Thane at Truhome Finance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive Home Loan business through DSA, builder, connector, and direct sourcing channels
• Achieve branch-level disbursement, login, and revenue targets
• Develop and strengthen relationships with builders, real estate agents, and DSAs
• Identify local market opportunities and execute branch-level sales strategies

Team Handling & People Management:

• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
• Conduct daily reviews, field visits, and performance monitoring
• Train team on product, policy, and process adherence
• Ensure productivity and discipline across the team

Operations & Credit Coordination:

• Ensure quality sourcing and compliance with credit policies and KYC norms
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing
• Monitor TAT, documentation, and disbursement efficiency

Portfolio & Risk Management:

• Maintain healthy portfolio quality and control early delinquency
• Track cases post-disbursement and resolve customer issues
• Ensure minimal deviations and high approval ratios

Customer Experience:

• Ensure superior customer service and timely resolution of queries
• Handle escalations and key customer interactions
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
