About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee dealer operations and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Provide personalized wealth management solutions to clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Manage PMS offerings effectively, catering to the investment needs of affluent clients.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, understanding their unique financial needs.
  • Provide customized financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their wealth objectives.
  • Drive mutual fund sales by offering suitable investment options to clients based on their risk profiles and investment objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends and fund performance to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other banking and financial products to clients.
  • Distribute third-party products such as insurance, bonds, and structured products to expand revenue streams.
  • Track branch performance metrics, including sales targets, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in branch management, with a focus on wealth management and investment services.
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations, PMS, mutual funds, and third-party product distribution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
  • Client-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
