Key Skills:

1. Business Development & Sales

• Drive branch CASA, retail assets, MSME, and third-party product sales (insurance, mutual funds, cards, etc.).
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire high-value customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and improved service quality.
• Resolve customer queries and grievances within TAT.
• Maintain strong relationships with key and high-net-worth clients.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Monitor cash management, vault operations, KYC/AML processes, and audit requirements.
• Ensure implementation of all SOPs, guidelines, and RBI regulations.

4. People Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular reviews, training, and development sessions for team members.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance appraisals.

5. Risk & Compliance

• Ensure zero operational lapses and minimize risk exposure.
• Monitor accounts for suspicious activities and escalate as per policy.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure immediate closure of audit gaps.

6. Branch Administration

• Maintain branch infrastructure, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth branch functioning.

The Bank offers specialized services under six business verticals namely: Corporate & Institutional Banking, Commercial Banking, Branch & Business Banking, Retail Assets and Treasury and Financial Markets Operations. It currently services over 11.53 million customers through a network of 517 branches; 1,166 business correspondent branches (of which 298 banking outlets) and 414 ATMs spread across 28 Indian states and Union Territories.
