Job Description:

Business Perspective:

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities
• Responsible for customer acquisition
• Holding frequent meetings to establish sales goals and streamline procedures to guarantee the efficient operation of sales activities
• Manage and Recruit Channels & DST employees and their productivity
• Support soft collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
• Handle and coordinate for pre & post disbursement

Customer Perspective:

• Evaluate customer needs and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints
• Monitor customer service standards and implement improvements as needed
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.

Process Perspective:

• Following company policy/SOP
• Recognize and address problems that can arise when conducting sales

Development Perspective:

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
