Branch Head Job in Begusarai at Jana Small Finance Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall branch operations.
• Drive business growth across products (Loans, Insurance, CASA, TPP, etc. – as applicable).
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage branch staff.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve escalations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Control branch profitability, cost management, and portfolio quality.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation.
