Branch Gold Loan Officer Job in Delhi at Axis Bank

Axis Bank is hiring for the role of Branch Gold Loan Officer!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• To maintain relation with the branch banking team to have a smooth processing of Gold Loan cases
• To recruit, train, and induct ASL executives in the system and motivate them to increase gold loan portfolio in association with the Branch Banking channel.
• To ensure that all the compliance/operational processes are being followed by the ASL and branch banking team, Keep providing training and constant support for a healthy and hygienic portfolio
• To ensure that line numbers are met and the required productivity level is also achieved as provided and guided by the Central Team.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) preferred from a recognized institute.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience (preferably NBFC).
• Proven work experience in branch banking or channel sales
• Solid Relationship Building Skills with experience in channel sales, team management
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
