Branch Credit Manager Job in Coimbatore at Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Critical:

• Responsible for frequent trainings, updates on new circulars, credit policy with sales team.
• Responsible for Property and residence visit of customer before recommending the proposal
• Responsible for Legal, Technical and FI verification initiation and follow up for report with in TAT

Routine:

• Scheduling of Personal discussion with clients at business place for self-employed cases and over telephone for salaried cases
• physical file verification to be done to check whether it is submitted according to prescribed check list.
• Completion of process with complaince and with proper audit observations within TAT
• Responsible for post disbursement activity in handing over disbursement cheques with in TAT to customer by clearing all OTC and PDD approvals
• Responsible for dispatching Disbursed files to HO with regular follow up with customer and sales team

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline
• 2 years of experience with home loan product
• Understanding of product and file with proper domain knowledge
• MS Office and Email Writing
